In order to be a successful Recruiter you would be able to handle several tasks, as follows:
• Overseeing the entire recruitment process;
• Liaising with the recruitment agencies and working together with the hiring Manager in order to understand and find the suitable candidate;
• Providing a short-list to the hiring Manager;
• Participating to the interviews;
• Providing reports for the direct manager.

If you have:
• Two more years of experience in recruitment;
• University degree, preferably in psychology or sociology;
• Excellent communication abilities and good interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
