On behalf of our client, one of the most important multinational outsourcing companies, we are searching for a dynamic, pro-active and highly motivated Senior Recruiter:
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify potential recruitment sources
- Company and job advertising
- Screening applications and selecting candidates
- Identify suitable candidates according to job description and make them accept an interview
- Arrange interview schedule and interview potential candidates, providing positive/negative feedback
- Write reports and correspondence, maintaining constant communication lines
- Reference checking for all selected candidates
- Maintain a high lever of internal customer satisfaction
- at least 3 years work experience in recruitment field, preferably in a HR consulting or IT&C company
- Fluency in English both written and spoken, other language is a plus
- Very good knowledge of labor market.
- Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills.
