The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing a various range of clients and assignments in line with individual and financial target for administrative, middle and top management positions.
Her/him main responsabilities will be:
Creating/developing client network
Creating/developing candidates network
Identify, recruit, direct search for the most appropriate candidates for Clients needs
Meeting the monthy target both finnancial and closed assignments
Candidate management – providing consultancy for the candidate and reporting on actualities during the whole process
Client management – providing consultancy for the clients and reporting on actualities during the whole process
Business development – acquisition of new clients
Contract Management - understanding and meeting the clients expactations
Organizing candidate presentations
Organizing client meetings
Dealing with new orders, responsable for the new aquisitions, orders
At least 4 years experience in a Senior Consultant position in a Human Resources Business
University degree
Fluent English language
Excellent communication skills
Commercial awareness, networking skills
Hands-on attitude
Proactive personality, attitude
MS Office knowledge is essential
Relationship management skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
