- Planning recruitment processes: individual organizing of more simultaneous projects of recruitment, which might include searches of qualified personnel in Bucuresti.
- search of personnel : drafting ads, request of approval to the line manager, for ads on papers, magazines, internet. Placing ads on website, flyers, posters and others, in order to attract a sufficient amount of qualified Cvs for every project.
- Screening of CV's: reading CV's and analyzing them in order to select a number of candidates for the interview, contacting them and organizing the interviews

- University graduated
- fluent in English and Italian or French
- at least 3 years experience in recruiting of personnel/interviewing
- proven experience in managing projects and handling client relationships
