What will your role be?
We are currently searching for a Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department in order to identify, screen, interview, select and hire experienced candidates in IT field.
This role holder will be:
• Working in recruitment processes with strict dead-lines;
• Performing database mining and searching according to specifications;
• Preparing and placing external job advertisements and internal job postings;
• Reviewing applications and related documents, as assigned, to determine individual qualifications;
• CVs screening and HR interviewing;
• Permanently identifying new sources of potential candidates;
• Maintaining up to date the candidates’ database;
• Undertake administrative duties related with recruitment process.

Mandatory skills:
• Background within IT or HR area;
• Extensive recruiting & headhunting proven experience;
• Very good English, written and spoken;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Organized, multitasking, fairness, strategic orientation, team orientation;
• Ability to find great people and build relationships with them;
• Show candidate's value, sell and close candidates
• PC skills
