* Source candidates directly and maintain a high quality supply chain
* Liaise with agencies
* Provide credible support to client during the entire recruitment lifecycle, by working closely to understand their requirements and responding in a professional and timely manner
* Populate, develop and maintain the RS candidate database and workflow products e.g. candidate/job tracking database
* Contact and interview prospective candidates and retain audit trail of contact
* Implement simple, effective and traceable resourcing, record-keeping and administration processes via the utlisation of SAP technology
* Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments e.g. competition, rates, technologies, new Work Permits legislation regarding new EEA member states.
* University degree
* A minimum of 4-5 years recruitment experience, with exposure to a multinational environment
* Service and delivery focussed with a very professional attitude
* Excellent team player. Must also be people orientated
* Presentable with the ability to empathise quickly with clients and demonstrate credibility within the sector
* Highly self motivated and self driven
* Organised and methodical
* Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value
* Enterprising e.g. networking, referrals, maintaining hotlist
* Confident with the ability to work well in a demanding environment
* Excellent Communication and presentation skills
* Excellent English Skills
