To support the growth of our client – an IT&C Multinational Company - we are adding 1 new position of SENIOR RECRUITER. As a member of the HR team, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role tasked with proactively recruiting, interviewing and recommending talented candidates who will grow the business success as well as foster the reputation as a great employer of our client.
As a Senior Recruiter you will:
- Provide a high level of service to hiring managers and candidates through the recruiting cycle (planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing and on-boarding);
- Apply recruiting strategies appropriate to each position;
- Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers;
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company’s compensation policy;
- Solicits, receives, and processes job requisition requests in a timely manner;
- Develop and implement recruiting tools to identify potential sources of new hires;
- Conduct research to create job descriptions and maintain an existing job description log, as well as to create effective job postings.
To be highly effective as a Senior Recruiter, you must have:
University degree, preferably in Psychology;
- Minimum 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting;
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing,
qualifying, networking, and assessing;
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required;
- Ability to present new recruiting concepts to company;
- Demonstrated ability to recruit on different positions;
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills;
- PC literate = MS Office;
- Proficiency in English.
