RESPONSABILITATI

Work with the client to clearly define the job profile;
Identify potential sources for the appropriate candidates and adequate search methods;
Sourcing via direct search;
CV Screening;
Interviewing the candidates and writing the evaluation report;
Selecting the candidates for the long list and shortlist;
Communicating with the client during the duration of the project;
Identifying potential clients and presenting them our services;
Collaborate in the administration & planning of the business;


CERINTE

Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency;
Fluent in English;
Good PC Skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Results oriented and organized;
Positive
