We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our recruitment team in Brasov and Bucharest.
The role consists of:
managing the entire recruitment and selection process, from quality sourcing activity to realizing evaluation reports;
maintaining a constant communication with both candidates and clients along the collaboration;
acting both as a consultant and partner in relationship with candidates and clients by offering constantly an overview of the market in order for both parties to make the most appropriate decision.
For sure the role is challenging and if you are positive thinker, HR passionate and have previous experience in HR, than this might be the dream job.
