Identify and carry out preliminary analysis of real estate investment opportunities in Romania
Present those real estate investment projects to the firm¿s management for further analysis and due dilligence work
Involvement in the due dilligenece work for new real estate investment opportunities as well as the management of existing real estate investments, liasing with outside professionals, governmental bodies and third parties
Involvement in presentations of the Romanian Real Estate Investment opportunities and projects to the firm¿s management and its clients in Romania and overseas.
University Degree, preferable in finance, marketing or business
Considerable experience in the real estate market and the relevant legislation
Possess strong business analytical capabilities, be self motivated and be driven to fully understand the business needs of the company
Be a strategic thinker who has high attention to detail, a strong people manager and have fist class presentation and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently overseas at short notice
