RESPONSABILITATI

- to update/ issue all identified process/ procedures, in collaboration with the involved positions (discussion, collect info, analyze, put in line with other procedures), based on the priorities agreed with the managers in charge;
- to perform training, in collaboration with the owner department representatives, with the involved positions, in order to have the best understanding of the updated/ new approved procedures;
- to improve the coherence, the efficiency and the quality of operational and informational flows, for a better identification and security (mapping, responsibility);
- to monitor if the organizational chart is updated (by division, by department) in line with Petrom rules, on a regular basis, and communicated to all staff, in a formal way, in due time;
- to monitor if the job descriptions are issued/ updated for all positions, in line with the last organizational chart and the approved procedures, agreed by the managers in charge and communicated to related persons;
- to issue/ update the signature specimens, grouped by management levels, by departments;
- to perform control of:
- the implementation of the approved procedures,
- the segregation of duties, in order to prevent errors and fraud,
- the adequate authorization of activities and operations,
- the correct issuance and approval of the documents,
- the risk management, etc.
- to crosscheck various data/ results, by using different sources,
- to issue control reports, including observations, recommended measures and deadline;

- to identify and to analyze the main risks for each department;
- to monitor if the agreed measures to monitor and to prevent the risks are implemented accordingly in all departments;

- to monitor the agreed KPIs for the existing projects;
- to perform KPI benchmarking,

- to update the Quality Management archive database with all new/ updated info, in due time;
- to administrate the FAQ & Forum section (procedures in progress, discussions, recommendations);


CERINTE

- minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, internal control or quality management fields, preferably in a multinational company;
- understanding business requirements & working in teams;
- excellent verbal & written communication skills;
- keen of details;
- good planning skills, able to lead projects through to completion;
- university degree in economic studies;
- good verbal & written English skills.
