INTRASOFT International seeks for a dynamic person to join the Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Department in Bucharest.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in Computer Science with minimum 2 years of proven experience in Application, or System Development and/or SW Testing and at least 3 years of proven experience in Quality Management Systems or hold a postgraduate degree related to Quality/Software Process Management.
Job Description:
• Project Quality Consultant responsible to define the quality plan, requirements, criteria, and metrics that will be applied at a project level.
• Conduct quality reviews and inspections on all project work products, process and services and produces quality review reports.
• Detects non-conformities as early as possible and applies corrective measures.
• Identifies and proposes quality improvements and good practices to be incorporated.
• Close collaboration with the Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Department in order to implement improvement initiatives at a company level.
Profile Required:
• Knowledge of basic programming languages and environments.
• In depth knowledge of one at least of the following: ISO 9001, ISO 20000, CMMI, ITIL, ISO 27001.
• Experience as a Project Quality Manager in IT Projects will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in Statistical Techniques will be considered an asset.
• In depth knowledge of Quality Tools and Techniques
• Knowledge of basic Project Management practices and models (PMI, Prince2, COBIT).
• Knowledge of Function Point counting methodologies will be considered a strong asset.
• Any certification gained relative to ISO Auditing, SW Testing and postgraduate degree in Quality Management and will be considered as a strong asset.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication skills and persuasive character.
• Competence in handling several tasks simultaneously.
• Self motivation.
• Ability to Travel.
