* Replicate real business scenarios from various client roles perspectives to verify software performance
* Ensure engagement productivity, increase efficiencies for clients, resolve issues and overall client satisfaction
* Coordinate, design test plans and develop strategies for performance testing
* Use software performance tools for tracking appropriate adjustments
* Propose suggestions for additions and software improvements
* Communicate status, findings and progress on a regular basis
* Research market requirements and understand how the product is actually used in the market place
* Works with peers and achieves results through team work; able to lead initiatives while winning the support of the team
* Oversee the design, implementation and execution of performance, scalability and resiliency testing to achieve a stable performing product
* Technical Background;
* Minimum 2 years experience in management of software performance testing;
* Knowledge of financial software is a plus
* Expertise in working with Performance testing tools and methodologies
* Relevant team leading and project management experience
* Previous experience in conducting critical performance inspections, skills training and mentor support
* Interest in software technology and financial market
* Very good written and verbal English skills
* It is essential to be analytical, technical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized
* Able to communicate effectively, able to test creatively, adaptable to changing requirements, able to estimate work effort, and provide status updates
