* Develop and maintain automation frameworks
* Coordinate automation testing projects;
* Manage design, testing, implementation and execution of automated test scripts;
* Mentor and coach team members, provide training on the automated testing approaches when needed;
* Use software tools to develop and maintain automated test cases;
* Coordinate the tracking of defects and validate solutions for defects;
* Propose suggestions for additions and improvements to the software;
* Communicate status, findings and progress on a regular basis.
* Technical Background;
* Relevant experience in software testing (knowledge of financial software is a plus);
* Good working knowledge of automation tools such as HP QuickTest Professional, Load Runner, Quality Center;
* Experience in at least one scripting language (Perl, Unix, etc);
* Very good written and verbal English skills;
* Analytical, technical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized;
* Leadership proven approach.
