The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Test Lead experience, including the analysis and implementation of various test methodologies and tools; experience managing and motivating a team of strong SDET\'s, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience shipping multiple software releases and have strong technical skills. Familiarity with C++, Java, and/or Perl is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
A bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
