Our future colleague will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of QA testing from planning through completion for applications;
- Responsible for drafting Test Scenarios, performing and managing the testing activity;
- Develop test plans and test cases based on analysis of requirements and design/system documentation;
- Report the results to other teams and help them achieve the desired quality of the product;
- Experience writing/maintaining and executing test cases;
- Experience writing comprehensive bug reports in English using a bug tracker system;
- Know how to look at a system and its specifications and understand the areas to be tested;
- Know how to read a system specification to understand the purpose and structure of a system or database;
- Good knowledge of Automated testing tools (Selenium, JMeter);
- Experience with Test Case management tools;
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Self starter that needs little direction and has a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, multi-task and meet deadlines required;
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with varied staff members and personalities;
- Remote client experience
- Experience in testing Web-based applications;
- Basic scripting/programming skills required (Python, etc);
- Analytical thinking;
- At least 3 years of testing experience required;
- Good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance;
- Team player.
Considered a plus:
- ISTQB foundation;
- Experience in SCRUM methodology
