You will organize the performance evaluation system applying for the Purchasing Division and you will advise on potential improvement solutions/plans and ensure follow up.
You will be directly involved in ensuring trainings and evaluations for the Purchasing Division personnel.
You will be responsible for managing the company's major projects by setting up procedures in accordance with internal banking clients' requirements, identifying the best suppliers to fit the company's needs, managing the relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
You will be accountable for internal and external reporting activity and you will update the database related to suppliers and products/services.
You may also be involved in representing the company's Purchasing Division during the Purchasing related seminaries.
You have relevant University studies completed by solid purchasing experience; banking purchasing background would be an advantage.
You have project management skills, excellent negotiations abilities and capacity to cultivate, manage and maintain long term relationships with suppliers; legal knowledge is considered a plus.
You have also capacity to maximize profit.
You have a rigorous and analytical personality completed by the ability to bring into play your innovative thinking.
You have a good capacity to communicate at all levels: listen actively, explain and convince.
You have good English knowledge and you are PC literate.
