For our Client, a large multinational company expanding its business in Romania, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Project Manager Industrial. The candidate will work in Romania and Poland for some time before possible relocation to another CEE country and becoming Country Manager:
Senior Project Manager (industrial)

Key Responsibilities:
- To establish and maintain the company’s standards of performance
- To manage the projects form a design point of view at local level
- To build the client relationship
- To ensure that work is delivered and carried out in a professional and timely manner as expected by both the company and the client.
- Within program management, to coordinate and prioritize resources across projects, departments
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree.
- Ideally 5-8 years of proven experience as a manager leading design teams within the Industry, with senior management responsibilities in an EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation Construction) environment.
- The successful candidate will have strong design project management experience with particular emphasis on the petrochemical sector
- Familiarity with creating new business development opportunities and relationship building
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Native or Fluent in English (Polish, Romanian, German, Spanish or Russian as native or additional to native English will be an advantage).
- Familiarity with all architect/engineering disciplines, construction methods, regulatory requirements, office standards, policies, procedures, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) issues and personnel management

- Strong sense of ownership over designs, plans, targets, results
- High energy, can-do attitude, edge, sense of urgency.
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at a high level of decision-makers.
