Supervising the technical documentation preparation;
Preparing and executing any agreements/ arrangements regarding the Project;
Contacting administrative authorities;
Updating the program and the concept of the Project;
Contacting media (after authorization of the Employer);
Preparing and controlling the budget of the Project;
Up-to-date control of the costs related to the Project;
Controlling timetable of the construction process of the Project;
Coordinating the subcontractors works at the Project;
Supervising the contractors works at the Project;
Coordinating the tenants works;
Arrangement of the tender processes, preparing and negotiating the contracts being in relation to the Project.
For one of our clients, one of the biggest property investment and development companies in CEE, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.
Required
University degree - technical - civil engineering;
Excellent English command;
At least 5 years experience (major commercial investment - min 15-20 mln EUR);
Computer skills;
Drivers license.
