- Analysis and evaluation of the project
- Collaboration in obtaining construction authorisations and permits
- Selection of constructing companies and negotiations to agree on the building contract
- Coordinate the architects and the constructing company
- Cost control to meet the budget and the schedule
- Assistance in any technical aspect of the residential development
- Engineer or Architect Diploma (M.B.A. or business background would be a plus)
- Sound technical background and professional experience (at least 5 years) in the construction management of building projects (MUST: solid experience in managing high budget projects - over 20 mil euros)
- English proficiency (understanding, speech and writing). Spanish is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Analytical skills, strong time management capabilities and team player
