¿ Preparation of complex Offers and participation to the bids (for construction / infrastructure projects)
¿ Preparation of all technical , commercial and financial documents of the Offers
¿ Collaborates with Technical Design, Quotation , Process Design and Planner Engineers
¿ Management of all activities concerning technical and commercial aspects of the Offers
¿ Market research and collection of all prices and costs related to the project
¿ Planning and management of project team, budgets , follow up and reporting
¿ Project Manager within Offers Department
¿ Construction Engineer with experience in project management / construction and utilities sector
¿ Experience in preparation of Offers for infrastructure , construction projects
¿ Experience in price & costs calculation and follow up of Technical Offers
¿ Microsoft Office and MS Project
¿ Fluent English ¿ French would be an asset
¿ University degree ¿ Construction
