¿ To manage customer support projects, applying proper project management methodology in the development of new technical solutions;
¿ To act as project leader, work with management staff, end-users, external contact and technical resources on project and service related issues, as required.
¿ Assessing and understanding current and future technical and business needs, you'll build and present demonstrably best value hp solutions and partnering services, working hand in hand with our sales force and other specialists.
¿ Costing, scheduling, planning & tracking, terms & conditions and risk management of the project through its entire life cycle, delivering profit and total customer satisfaction
¿ To schedule, assign, monitor and evaluate the work of the assigned project team
¿ Monitor and evaluate the work of outside contractors as assigned
As a leader in the application of standard project management technology and tools, you will have the following
Profile
¿ Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline.
¿ PMI, PMP certification might be a considerable plus
¿ Excellent communication in English.
¿ Project management skills. Minimum 3-4 years' previous project management experience preferable in public sector, manufacturing, distribution and utilities industry, in international environment
¿ In-depth knowledge of project management methodology including commercial, technical and legal issues
¿ Service and solution knowledge in public and manufacturing sectors projects (ERP ¿ SAP/Oracle, CRM, Billing, etc). Broad knowledge of computer technology and future trends
¿ Computer literate in Project Management software
¿ Proven leadership abilities and proactive approach (MBO experience). Negotiation and influencing skills. Mentoring and coaching ability. Customer oriented.
