RESPONSABILITATI

· Manage people and budget and coordinate all related tasks of the assigned project;
· Participates in the creation of the business; requirements, and coordinates between the business areas
· Control and execute the projects by follow up execution of projects plan, complete work packages for team members, held progress meetings, identify and report timely foreseen changes and get approval for plan adjustments, inform management about the deviations from the plan and propose countermeasures, or process improvement, monitor risk, quality and do project scope verification;
· Outline the project’s deliverables, phases, milestones and create an up-to-date project plan;
· Planning of the projects by estimating duration and cost, do schedule plan, obtain project plan approval;
· Assign tasks to the team members and monitor their status and completion. Provide coaching if needed;
· Ensure the quality of the project deliverables, budget compliance, deadlines and the compliance with bank’s and project’s standards and methodologies;
· Assess risks and identify possible counter measures;
· Preparing, planning, executing and closing the project;
· Lead and monitor the project team;
· Ensure implementation in delivery scope and final project acceptance - overall responsibility for acceptance according to solution agreed, contracts and clients needs;
· Verify if the development and support teams elaborated the project plans and the solutions according with clients needs;
· Monitor progress, identify and report issues, prepare and deliver reports regarding the projects status;
· Manages the creation and execution of test plans;
· Manages the go live process, the migration and hands over all the proper documentation.


CERINTE

· University Degree in Economics and Informatics Technologies knowledge (University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in program development);
· Project Management experience 1-2 years;
· Sound knowledge of banking legislation;
· Results and customer oriented, reliable and accountable team player;
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong analytical and planning skills; strategic thinking;
· Excellent communication and team management skills; excellent negotiation abilities;
· Team spirit and problem solving attitude;
· Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
· Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
