• Self-consistent processing of MSR (Process Measuring and control) tenders, as per customer’s specification, plans and distribution;
• Self-consistent creation of according to provided functionning descriptions, site diagram and observation lists;
• Processing technical solutions for end customers and planners in regards of MSR and BMS (building service management system);
• Selection of suppliers, demands and technical assessment of sub-offers;
• Price related and technical optimization of MSR tenders;
• Implementation of all required techniques and approval processes for the tender creation;
• Succesful graduate of Engineering studies (e.g: MSR-Technique, Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC-Technique) or equivalent education;
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Engineering and MSR-Technique;
• Experience in tender creation and processing of complex system solutions;
• Very good IT knowledge (Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications, networks)
• Very good knowledge of field devices, DDC (Direct Digital Control) and BMS (Building Management Systems), at least of one product;
• Very good German and English knowledge (written and spoken);
• Organized and self responsible way of working;
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills;
• High flexibility and teamwork capacity;
• Able to work under time pressure – availability for occasional extra work;
• Well developed customer and service orientation
