- Operating systems: Any combination of OS400, Windows, Unix
- Languages: Any combination of C/C++, Java/J2EE
- Databases: Any combination of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
- Other: Rational, CMVC is a plus
- Foreign languages: French medium-> good, English medium -> good
- Work experience: min 3 years
