-Developing, proposing and implementing the marketing plan for the assigned range of products
- Building the position and the image of assigned brands on the market
- Analyzing the market, competition, clients’ needs, and proposing appropriate marketing activities
- Coordinating the marketing and promotion activities in order to achieve objectives (sales volume & value, market share, brand awareness)
- Developing and monitoring the promotional campaign and coordinating the advertising agencies
- Training and leading the Junior Product Managers in direct subordination
- University degree, preferably in Marketing
- Experience in product/brand management - at least 3 years
- Very good leading, coordinating, organizational and communication skills
- Analytical and strategical thinking
- Initiative and assuming responsability
- Fluent in English
