- Ensuring that all input data have complete and accurate supporting documentation;
- Ensures that all input data is based on an accurate and complete supporting documentation;
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
- Responsible for the accurate entry / review of payroll data in the payroll software DP Payroll,
- Ensuring that all payroll information is provided to the client within agreed deasdlines;
- Responsible for ensuring that the deadlines for payroll statements and payroll returns are met.
- Prepares / Reviews the daily correspondence with clients on payroll issues, missing documents,
- Informs the clients about changes in legislation.
- Maintains the daily contact with clients on day to day operations and issues;
- Relationship with state authorities on any payroll issues, such as unclear issues, fiscal controls,
- Responsible for reviewing the work of payroll officers on given clients;
- Provides on the job training, assistance and reviews the work performed by payroll officers.
- Experience in payroll procesing at least 3 years;
- Very good knowledge of labour and payroll legislation;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
- Very good English command, French / German command will be considered an advntage;
- Organised and pro-active attitude.
