RESPONSABILITATI

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established legal company assisting one of the senior partners in daily operations. As an ASSISTANT TO SENIOR PARTNER, your main tasks will cover:

Providing various secretarial services for the executive with a view to keep an updated track of his activity (calls and correspondence, internal and external clients communication);
Preparing confidential correspondence and reports, including those implying translations, following the executive's instructions
Managing agenda of the Partner;
Organizing and updaing customer records;
Collation and transcription of all necessary internal documents for the activity of the Senior Partner or team of lawyers;
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for the executive following the internal procedures;
Translation and interpretation of documents from English into Romanian and vice versa for the company as instructed;
Creating and maintaining various databases and spreadsheet files;
Handling different other issues that might occur or may be requested ad-hoc.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Proficiency in English (equivalent to translator level)
University degree;
At least three years experience in a similar position (to CEO, VP, Partner, etc);
MS Office proficiency, familiarity with webbrowsers;
Ability to organise, excellent communication skills, client-oriented attitude;
Ability to prioritise;
Ability to work under pressure (tight deadlines, different simultaneous tasks).
Availability to work long hours and in shifts, if necessary.
