RESPONSABILITATI

The Senior Operations Manager will manage the entire Order Mangement Service Delivery team of about 100 members for all the markets in Europe (majorly for Germany, Netherlands, UK). The manager will have daily contact with his/her teams and very regular contact with the clients to whom services are provided. This person will be the first contact for escalation for all customer related and Customer Focus.issues. The key skills therefore are People Management.


CERINTE

Required Skills:
¿Good understanding of commercial operations (Order Processing)
¿Proven leadership skills.
¿Leadership & motivational skills.
¿Customer/client handling skills.
¿Focus on quality & process improvement.
¿7+ years management experience of which 4-5 years managing a significant team size.
¿Fluency in English, and good knowledge of German, Dutch or French.
