Provide oversight and administrative directon for all opening activities
Assistes the director and participate in company goals and objectives.
Aides the director in formulating company policy and developing long range goals and objectives.
Makes translations in and from french language (important) and participate with the director in official meetings
Prepare invoices, reports, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Previous experience in a similar position, at least 2 years
Fluency in French - written, spoken ( a diploma is a plus )
Very good PC skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
Spoken and written communication skills
Proactive attitude, goal determined person
