RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities start-up phase:
- Assist designing and documentation of back office
- Assist in the implementation of new administration software system
- Assist in composing & design standard forms, letters, statements and other standardized output of the administrative system

Daily responsibilities:
- Responsible for the standard administration of a private pension fund and one or more voluntary pension funds: responsible for supervising and control of the accurate and timely processing of sign ups and requests, responsible for proper administration of matured contracts
- Managing the consultant’s database and the clients database
- Responsible for control payment process, administrating the commissions scheme, optimizing the payment process for Sales Force
- Ensures that procedures and workflow are in compliance with external and internal regulations
- Responsible for the current quality standards and optimization of current procedures
- Maintaining contact on a regular basis with Sales Force in order to improve company efficiency in a client-oriented way
- Representing Operations department in relation with Sales Force and other departments
- Participate in the development and implementation of projects, activity strategies, and other programs
- Build and maintain positive working relationships within team(s)
- Involved in recruitment of new employees as well as making plans for professional development of the subordinates
- Responsible for planning, organizing, co-coordinating and evaluating the Back Office team.

- Sound understanding of back office processes
- Proven track of insurance or investments back-office experience
- Initiative, excellent organizing skills
- Independent decision making process is mandatory
- Responsibility taker, results driven
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Good command of English
