- Manage and motivate the Meeting & Events Team;
- Cooperate with national and international PCO and Event Organizers;
- Meet required results through active interaction with clients inside and outside the hotel;
- Coordinate communication between all Food & Beverage areas to achieve effective planning
- Relevant experience in sales area and in organizing of events;
- Preferably 1 year management experience within the hotelier industry, in the same area;
- Experience from planning and implementation projects within Food & Beverage area;
- Romanian and English written and spoken fluently;
- Proven Leadership skilled, with innovative and creative spirit.
