* You will lead BC’s online marketing strategy, execution and optimization of customer acquisition initiatives via various lead generation channels including display advertising, search advertising, social media, e-mail campaigns, print advertising, webinars, partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.
* You will manage the planning, scheduling and execution of programs and campaigns on time, on target and on budget through effective planning, logistics and implementation. You should implement a fair attribution model and make budget decisions based on it.
* You will be in charge with maintaining and optimizing the Business Catalyst website, and drive various microsites for specific lead generation activities.
* You will be on the forefront of online marketing, new mobile and social media tools, using state-of-the-art web analytics and optimization tools.
* You will manage the Business Catalyst brand with the goal of online recognition and mindshare, including working with the creative team to create a great brand visual presence.
* You will recruit, lead, motivate and develop the BC marketing team and work closely with a global product development team in US, Australia and Romania.
* You will budget, forecast and report on customer acquisition, brand recognition and associated marketing expenses. You will be responsible for reporting results and presenting plans to senior management.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, 5+ years of experience in the online marketing industry, preferably B2B and B2C.
* Solid experience with online marketing is mandatory. You should be familiar with keywords like CPC, CPA, CTR etc.
* Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining online marketing strategies to meet aggressive growth objectives
* Strong understanding of customer and online market dynamics and requirements
* Solid knowledge of web analytics tools, lead generation and conversion. Working knowledge of Omniture SiteCatalyst, Test&Target, Discover, SearchCenter, Social Analytics and Demdex targeting is a big plus. Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
* Experience in managing a team of marketing specialists and in running an annual budget over $500K
* Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
* Fluent English, impeccable written and oral presentation skills, strong leadership skills Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
* Flexible working hours that need to accommodate communication with multiple time zones: US, Australia and Romania.
