RESPONSABILITATI

- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the annual marketing and communication plan;
- Together with the Marketing and Communication Director responsible for developing, integrating into the marketing & comunication plan and implementing the PR strategy & plan;
- For the product of which is responsible,directly involved in new product launches , product changes, campaigns in order to ensure that marketing aims are clear and implemented ;
- Assists in identifying, assessing & implementing new strategies or promotional & advertising/communication options;
- Briefs for marketing and comunication projects campaigns;
- Ensures a proper development of all POSM (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc) for the designated line of products;
- Responsible for monitoring campaigns progress and evaluate results;
- Closely collaborate with area managers in developing specific sales strategy;
- Support local teams in implementing the marketing activities, in initiating local events, campaigns, in finding solution to local, specific issues;
- Responsible for evaluating and answering all the sponsorship requests received by department;
- Support the development and implementation of CRM plans in accordance with the needs defined and agreed by management team;
- Manage the execution of the PR plan together with the PR agency;


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Experience in marketing communication banking;
- Experience in marketing FMCG (Senior Product Manager position / Brand Manager position/ Senior Account Manager in a advertising agency);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Analytical and creative skills;
- A working understanding of business functions and key business processes;
- The ability to carry out complex projects;
- The capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team member;
