Our client needs a senior manager to develop the growing post merger integration service line. The role will be to work with other functions and their local chairman as well as following through with market opportunities, to sell and deliver large change management projects with a likely duration of over 12 months. Local consultants will form the majority of the consulting team to support the role.
Most of the work will be in strategy, restructuring / re-engineering, business intelligence, business integration and merger as well as large scale and complex project management and the full range of human capital services.
Candidates should be able to prove significant experience in consulting and a strong record of:

* on time, profitable project management
* excellent communication skills directed to all levels
* team leadership, motivation and development
* creativity
It is likely that the successful candidate will have a strong technical backgroundand excellent numeric and IT skills. Fluency in English is essential.
