Preparing financial and management reports for ING headoffice departments and the local Retail Bank Management Committee, this includes :
- Participation in the preparation of the mid team plan (MTP), in which business and financial targets for the business unit are set, in co-ordination with the business departments;
- Managing data capture in the Management Accounting Support System and financial accounting support systems and preparation of financial reports and analyses on business performance;
- Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports;
- Analysis of business performance based on financial and commercial information, and preparation of quarterly financial forecast based on actual performance versus targets in co-ordination with business departments;
- Is involved in project development and testing of applications to ensure accuracy and reliability of information and/or new data capture.
- Economic background;
- Good analytical skills – to analyze business performance;
- Accounting knowledge (IFRS) preferable;
- Good communication skills - co-ordination with business departments for MTP planning and performance evaluation ;
- Good computer /database skills (excel, access) – importing, exporting, transforming data into information;
- Good command of English;
