RESPONSABILITATI

- Reports to License Management Services (LMS) Manager
- Works as part of the country and/or regional LMS Group
- Works in assigned segments
- Works to objectives agreed with LMS Manager
- Either Teamleading within LMS group or additional area of siginificant responsibility
- Has no direct reports
- Works closely with License, Presales, Finance, Oracle Direct, Support, ieBC, Support sales, Contract specialist, Licence representatives, Business practices, Revenue recogntion.
- Acting as the expert in Oracle License management and compliance
- If teamleading, supervision providing guidance and assistance to ensure objectives are achieved
- Identifying and evaluating the merits of conducting a review of a customer and gaining approval from the relevant account manager and LMS Manager
- Working with the customers/partners to identify the key people to work with and the relevant sites to review
- Measuring the usage of Oracle products/applications etc using the relevant analytical tools and license metrics
- Expert working knowledge of LMS technical tools and processes
- Recording, documenting and analysing the data gathered
- Producing formal written review reports & assists sales in closing possible review finds
- Generating additional reports as required by the LMS Manager including for example monthly and quarterly reports
- Articulating Oracle¿s licensing practices to both internal and external parties
- Contributing to the ongoing development and knowledge sharing within the extended LMS group through regular discussion and feedback

- Research and analyze Oracle customers within the designated segments or assigned countries
- Contributes to LMS activity plan for segments and countries
- Works on specific licence management related projects as agreed with manager
- Ownership of the license review process from initiation to closure working at all levels within the customer and Oracle
- Own and Drive the resolution of any issues as required
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products, practices and procedures
- Present, create case studies, update the LMS website and write other documentation as required
- Operate in line with Oracle¿s processes and procedures

- Languages: Romanian, Working/Fluent English, other central European languages are an asset.

DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

We are currently looking for a person to join our office in Bucharest in Romania, who will have the for Licence Management Services in Romania, and possibly other countries in South East Europe. You should have experience as a sales or presales representative or be attracted to the profession, and have some knowledge of Oracle¿s lines of products and of Financial aspects.
Your assignment will be to ensure that Oracle¿s customers are correctly licensed. You will work closely with Oracle license sales personnel and visit customers to establish the usage of Oracle software. You will work a lot with customers. You will need to establish good relationship with customers especially with the Financial as well as with the IT Management.
