RESPONSABILITATI

-Provides legal advice on any legal issuses related to Mortgage & Home'Equity loan- mainly daily support;
-Modifies loan and mortgage agreements for non-standard situations and draws-up addendums to such agreements (such as construction loans, land acquisition, in case of approval of renting mortgaged real estates or sale of property quotas etc.);
-Studies property documents for mortgage loan files, as requested by Risk and Retail Credit Line;
-Participates into Mortgage & Home Equity Loan review process (advises on processes, procedures and product manual);
-Draws up powers of attorney for both Offices and Branches for concluding mortgage agreements on Bank's behalf;
-Ensure contact with notaries public and other related authorities.


CERINTE

-Legal academic background;
-Minimum 3 years experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar business environment;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Constructively approach to problems;
-Open to new approaches;
-Ambition and energy;
-Independence and initiative.
