Examines regulatory and commercial material for legal implications
Develops strategies around lawsuits
Drafts legal documents related mainly to corporate, commercial and labor matters
Advise the corporation concerning legal rights, obligations and privileges
Advise the corporation concerning transaction of business
Prepare business contracts, settle labor disputes and administer other legal matters
Provides internal legal assistance
Represents the organization in Court, or in the relations with other legal authorities
Law university degree, post-graduate education would be a plus
Minimum 3 years experience in acknowledged law firms/multinational companies/consultancy firms
Previous experience in general commercial, corporate labor law and real estate
Higher degree of decision-making and independence
Good communication skills, ability to interact efficiently with internal clients and external counsel;
Ability to work under tight schedules
Fluency in written/spoken English is a must
