We are representing one of the world's biggest law firm. The Senior Lawyer will provide legal advice relating to all areas of the company¿s activities: Mergers & Aquisitions, Real Estate, Banking and Capital Markets.
- Degree from a reputable law school;
- Significant exposure to international clients (large multinationals, global banks/investment banks)and complex transactions in the following fields: Mergers & Aquisitions, Real Estate, Banking and Capital Markets;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Superior leadership and managerial skills;
- Committed, hard working, able to work under stress;
- Strong ethics, creativity, commercial acumen.
