Providing legal support of 4 legal entities in Romania;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts;
Drafting of standardized internal documents, guidance, policies and legal updates, implementing and support;
Incorporation, reorganization, dissolution and liquidation of legal entities;
Drafting and implementing of shareholders resolutions;
Business negotiations (with leaseholders mostly);
Handling dispute resolution and claims;
Providing support on legal issues across the business;
Interacting with regulatory authorities;
Tracking and monitoring of legislation, drafting of legal opinions;
Five years’ experience as a lawyer and 3 years’ experience as a head of legal, partner or high level senior associate;
Experience in litigation experience, interaction with regulatory authorities;
Knowledge of regulations and standards of civil, corporate, procedural and gaming laws of Romania, EU directives and regulations;
Understanding of financial and tax aspects of legal entities’ activity in Romania and EU;
Law degree. Additional economy and finance education is a plus;
Fluent written and oral English is a must;
