RESPONSABILITATI

As part of our Key Account Team , you will grow the market share of Albalact and develop the client P&L, taking into account, at the same time the brand, category and channel strategy. An important part of this position is the responsibility for the relationship with our partners in private label contracts.




Main responsibilites
•Insure a superior service level for clients
•Bulid strong client relationship
•Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives
•Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levels of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, merchandising, promo plan etc.
•Monitor the accounts performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
•Ensure an effective communication with the field sales force


CERINTE

•University degree
•5 years min managing accounts in FMCG
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brands
•Results driven, strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Customer orientation and ability to build strong partnerships
•Strong communication skills
•Self-driven, able to work independently in a very dynamic environment, confortable working with minimum supervision, good decision making skills
•Experience with private label contracts in international key accounts is a plus
