RESPONSABILITATI

a. Participa la intocmirea strategiei de vanzari pe canalul IKA (International Key Accounts), pentru clientii din aria de responsabilitate, cu respectarea principiilor politicii comerciale a companiei;
b. Dezvolta o relatie comerciala profitabila, pe termen lung, cu clientii, pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor companiei pe termen mediu si lung;
c. Urmareste indeplinirea target-urilor lunare ale companiei; transpune pe magazine obiectivele companiei, coordoneaza si sprijina echipele locale de vinzari pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor;
d. Propune si stabileste impreuna cu clientii un plan promo semestrial; urmareste implementarea promotiilor in derulare prin echipele de field;
e. Participa impreuna cu NKAM (National Key Account Manager) la negocierea contractelor anuale cu IKA; participa la Business Review periodic impreuna cu cei mai importanti clienti din portofoliu;
f. Intelege si analizeaza permanent trend-urile pietelor pe care compania isi desfasoara activitatea, analizeaza preturile si politicile concurentei; propune si implementeaza activitati promotionale specifice in concordanta cu tendintele pietei;
g. Urmareste sistemul de KPI's pentru echipele dedicate IKA, urmareste si evalueaza lunar activitatea desfasurata de personalul dedicat din subordine;
h. Urmareste incasarea facturilor de marfa in termenul agreat cu clientii proprii


CERINTE

a. Experienta relevanta de minimum 2 ani in activitatea de Key Accounts Management, intr-o companie importanta din FMCG;
b. cunoasterea limbii engleze;
c. cunostinte excelente PC (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
d. aptitudini foarte bune de negociere si comunicare;
e. orientare spre rezultate;
f. studii superioare;
g. disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara
