Job purpose:
- Is responsible for developing sales with key clients at national level and achieve sales volume and distribution objectives of company products including all related sales activities to designated key clients.
-Is responsible for planning and directing the sales activities for national key clients, appraising area results and recommending corrective measures.
- Is responsible for developing merchandising and promotion plans for national key accounts, following that all approved plans are carried out, building and maintaining an effective selling organization.
Job responsibilities:
-Keep him/herself updated, by personal sales effort, with the market conditions and sales opportunities, plan his/her sales coverage utilizing this information.
-Establishes annual targets for individual national accounts with action plan; develops and follows up monthly action plans as means for achieving targets;
-Conducts business meetings with key customers or customers from the key sector that he/she manages;
-Maintains credit control in line with company's policies and accepts full responsibility for collection and outstanding accounts;
-Evaluates customer needs and adapt action plans accordingly
Education: University degree
Experience: The ideal candidate has a significat experience within a FMCG company;
Abilities & Competencies:
-Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication;
-Presentation skills & argumentative approach;
- Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment.
-Organizing and prioritizing ability;
-Good analytical and numerical skills;
-Very good influencing/ negotiation skills;
PC skills: Good computer skills (MS Office);
Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
