o The candidates will be expected to be able to develop robust software to a given specification and within the generally accepted standards and practices of the existing development team.
The structure of the team will comprise of 3 developers in the UK and 7 developers based in Bucharest, Iasi or Cluj Napoca.
o Minimum of 6 years experience of software development;
o Minimum of 4 years development experience of core Java;
o Minimum of 2 years development and design experience in at least one major RDBMS (e.g. Sybase, SQL Server);
o Good working knowledge of Java SWING;
o Development experience of C++
o Solid understanding of event-driven systems architecture;
o Ability to work and function under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and shifting priorities;
o Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player, good communicator and problem solver;
o Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
