We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Senior Java Developer for Infrastructure
in our Bucharest-based development team.
Tasks
What would you do?
You will. . .
. . . design, code and test components for a variety of web based enterprise applications
. . . contribute to the full software development life cycle
. . . work with highly concurrent applications in distributed environments
. . . maintain and tune applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications
. . . have the opportunity to learn new technologies and enhance your Java Development skills.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have. . .
. . . minimum 4 years of professional experience with J2SE, at least 1 year experience with JDK 1.5 or above;
. . . solid OOP/OOD experience;
. . . excellent algorithm and problem solving skills and detail orientation;
. . . good knowledge of EJB (preferably 3.0), JPA, HTTP Servlets, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL;
. . . good knowledge of XML, JAXP, JAXB, WebServices;
. . . knowledge of J2SE/J2EE security concepts;
. . . excellent knowledge of GoF design patterns along with good knowledge of J2EE/Java EE design patterns;
. . . knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript, Jscript;
. . . experience with automated testing frameworks like JUnit;
. . . experience with build tools like Maven/ Ant;
. . . good written and verbal English skills;
. . . good interpersonal skills and ability to mentor other team members.
Would be a plus. . .
. . . experience using Eclipse RCP/RAP, SWT/JFace;
. . . experience in using Linux as development platform;
. . . knowledge of German language.
