Bachelors Degree

Technology Skill Requirements:
Java, JSP, J2EE, EJB (3 years minimum).
SQL database (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, etc.).
Red Hat Linux (1 year as user / developer).
Sun Solaris (1 year as user / developer).
Familiarity with Design Patterns.
Strong OOD / OOP background.
VCS principles and utilization (CVS, ClearCase, Code Co-op, etc.).
Desirable:
MS Visual Studio 6 (VB & VJ++).
Knowledge of planning / tracking tools such MS Project, Primavera
Team leadership experience
