• The candidate should have strong communication skills with an ability to interface with team personnel in order to implement full project life cycle from design phase through distribution. Position requires self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple long-term projects simultaneously.
• Participation in the design, specification, implementation and maintenance of critical software systems:
- Implementing the specifications according to project plans respecting deadlines.
- Writing, executing, debugging, testing and maintaining source code for new and existing solutions
- Identify problems in software and proposing solutions where required.
Successful candidates will be experienced IT professionals and will be part of a team of highly qualified professionals involved in the implementation of critical software solutions.
Candidate profile
• University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in IT;
• Good knowledge of POO concepts;
• Deep knowledge of Java / Web using:
- J2EE - EJB 3.x, JPA, JSP, Servlets
- Spring - Core, MVC, Security
- SQL
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Eclipse, NetBeans based development environment
• Experience with the following products/technologies is an advantage:
- ExtJS, PrimeFaces
- Portlet
- IBM Lotus Forms
- IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Process Server, Portal, Content Manager)
- Oracle Weblogic Server
- Apache Tomcat
- Maven
- SVN
• Fluent in English
