•Creating and updating operations for existing web based applications;
•Implementing features in existing projects/web apps;
•Creating/updating reports for team leaders;
•Improving operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures;
•Developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the Software development lifecycle;
•Participating in Software product definition;
•Requirements analysis;
•Developing and refining of throw-away simulations or prototypes to confirm requirements;
•Testing, including defining/supporting acceptancetesting and gathering feedback from pre-release testers;
•Java, JSP/Servlets, J2EE, JDBC, XML, JSTL, SOAP, EJB, JMS, RMI (5 years minimum);
•SQL database (Postgres, MSSQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.);
•Red Hat Linux (2 years as user / developer);
•Strong experience with Design Patterns plus OOP background;
•Spring/Hibernate technologies;
•VCS principles and utilization (CVS, ANT etc.);
•English skills (speaking and writing);
•Great personality, fun to be around of.
