Successful candidates will be experienced IT professionals and will be part of a team of highly qualified professionals involved in the implementation of critical software systems.
• At least 4 years actual experience in J2EE
• Solid experience with one or more of the following: Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Webflow, HTTP, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Eclipse, MAVEN
• Experience with ANTLR considered a distinct advantage
• Experience with Tomcat and Weblogic
• Experience with WebServices
• Familiar with Oracle or Postgres RDBMS
• Experience with design and development methodologies
• Good understanding of the J2EE design patterns
• UML experience considered a plus
• Familiar with versioning systems (CVS,SVN)
• Familiar with task tracking tools, preferably JIRA
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and quality driven personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach junior team members
• Willingness to assume responsibility over an established timeline
